Field types - Email and phone

The parameters for these three types of fields are the same

1. Complete the “Question” field.
2. Add a description if necessary.
3. Select "Required" if the completion of this field is mandatory

Note

On mobiles

• Telephone format: The system opens the numeric keypad d so that the member can easily enter the number on the mobile.

• The phone number: the unit of digits becomes clickable so that you can contact your employee directly on their mobile.

• The format of the email address: the format (@ + "domain name") is verified, and you can click on the email to write to your employee on mobile.
