- Complete the “Question” field.
- Select "Required" if the completion of this field is mandatory.
- In the “Description” section,
- Define the control format:
- Ko/OK or Ko/Neutral/OK.
- Set the format: With Value, With Check, With Emoji.
- "Set value by default": the word or value in the case is displayed as the default value on the mobile.
- "Allow no applicable" allows the member to select the "neutral" field.
