Create form templates

• Organisation Admin: access to the settings of the organisation and its workspaces 
• Workspace Manager: access to the settings of workspaces where they have the “WS manager” role
• Member  & Guess: no access to the organisation or workspace settings 

1. On the organization's page, select "Templates" from the left menu, then "Form Library".
2. To create a new form: click on the “Create new” button.

Edit form templates

1. On the organization's page, select "Templates" from the left menu, then "Form Library".
2. To edit an existing form: click on the line of a form
3. Click on “Edit”
