Create several form at once for your project by using our XLS import.
You will be able to create lot of form at once by filling for each

You can now export a file with the answers history in a form, to analyze into details controls and non compliances, follow their evolution et prove these controls.

 

🗒 Ease form unit export action 

Export your form directly from for page. You don’t have to go back and leave the context to export what you want to export. Export what you’re are looking at.

👉 Global enhancement 

• Right click and context menu on list

• Warn user this request of export has been taken into account

You can now updated selected project when you update your library as admin.
It is possible for following libraries

• Libraries of status at organization level for admin

• Libraries of model at workspace and organization level for workspace admin and orga admin

 

🗒 Add location name in list view

From web list of item, you can now access the location of each item.
Column order has also been updated following your usage.

 

👁 Hide/ See annotation on plan view

To ease collaboration between office and site, it is now possible to see the annotation made on site from the web view.

 

Data export button at workspace level

You can now extract all items data related to a specific workspace. This may allowed you to deep dive within data and create your reporting.

You can create projects that suit you best. Modules are aligned to your use cases and to each phases of your construction site.

You can either activate modules, coming with their own library, offered by Finalcad, or create your own modules based on observations.

Modules are easy to managed thanks to duplication, activation or modification.

 

🏠 A new homepage

With the custom modules, we have redesigned the organization of the home page to simplify navigation.

You can find your documents or access the reports at any time, now that they are in the navigation bar.

📄 New Reports module

You can open the Report widget and easily create one report by company. Combined with filters, it allows to select what you want to export, form web or mobile.

🗂 Manage phases in your project 

With the phases in your project, you can now anticipate the resolution of defects, manage confidentiality through xls reports, inform and prove you site progress and follow it.

💾 Keep last filter activated 

Filters remains active unless you reset them. You can go back and forth through the app, they’ll stay as you let them through list or plan view.

To fit with most used Status and align with your vocabulary we have updated the default status library proposed at Organisation creation. And Surprise 🥳 “Workflow” library is now named “Status” Library

👷 Link companies and projects members, and give them rights

It was already possible to assign an observation or a form to a company. You can now link these companies to project members. It will make possible to give its members the same rights than if they were assigned to it. They will also receive notifications on their mobile when a form or observation is assigned to their company.

 

🗺 Smart zoning (Lab)

A new artificial intelligence tool is now available to split your plans automatically. It will make it easier to split you plans and make it accessible to everyone, without needing to use the CAD plugin.

 

🧩 Visualise BIM Plans on Mobile

BIM files have been available on our web platform since the beginning of the year. Unfortunately these kind of plans were not available yet on your phone. This is now a thing of the past! Get your 3D model on your phone or tablet, and explore them while you’re on site.

📁 Folder Overview management

No more common folder overviews when you create a folder, and we removed edition and suppression in edition also. Don’t worry, the already created folders with overview will be displayed as usual. The goal?  Pave the way for Clickable plans and smart zoning.

🗺 Visual navigation on web

Wouldn’t it be great if you could simply click on a zone of an overview map, to access it? You would no longer look for its name in the list, and prefer easy and fast visual navigation. It’s now possible with clickable plan overviews. It’s available for plans partitioned using the Finalcad One CAD AutoDesk AutoCAD® Plugin, or by Finalcad Delivery team.

👉 Libraries at workspace level

Segment territories into workspace is also answer each workspace difference
In your workspace, you can now personalized your own libraries of form and common observation to fit with your activities.

 

👉 Clickable url’s in Finalcad One Web

Everywhere users can introduce texts, and they choose to introduce web addresses, those addresses are now interpreted and they became clickable. When a user clicks one link (for example in the chat messages inside an Observation or Form) a new tab will be opened with the corresponding link.

 

👉 Tables Enhancements

Tables throughout the application new have a different structure, they are not refreshing anymore when new data is added at the end of the table (when a user scrolls down). Instead of refreshing the whole table, a new loading row appears under the table and after data is retrieved the rows are added at the end of the table.

👉 New Information in Observations (Created By)

Observation page has a new property that will tell the user who is the person that has created an observation

👉 PDF Report Generator: New Property in the Observation Image Card

For the cases when an observation has an image, and we have a company assigned to that observation, the company name was added inside the Card that shows the observation Image, just under ‘name’ and information about the creation date.
