How to send a diagnostic file from my device ?

When our support members reaches out you, a diagnostic file can help us a lot to discover your environment on which you work. 

As this file contains properties and identifications of the application and device you have, it becomes easier for us to find a solution for you. 

This fonction is only available on iOS for now. 

How to send a diagnostic file ?

1. Click on your avatar to access your profile page.

3. Click on  < Send diagnostic>
